.....what you thinking about this maps?

Atlantis: Looks like an interesting Jungle based map, more for scenarios than a Guantlet style mission though, not enough to it to have multiple missions at once with ambient AI. However, a good scenario on it would be good, possibly something to do with SCUBA.

Ukraine: To me, looks like a better Chernarus. I've seen a bunch of these woodland style village kind maps and most are really sweet but once again. Not for Guantlet. However, I did once play a 100+ player PVP session on a map VERY similar to Ukraine and consisted of Russian hit and run attacks on American frontline forces and was a blast. One big scenario on a map like that would prove extremely fun.

Australia: Now we're talking! Australia definitely looks like a good large scale map for a Guantlet style mission. It's good to see plenty of desert as well as open grassed plains and cities too. However, up to BaconMOP and Christiansen on what maps they want but this map would definitely be something worth looking into.

Hindu Kush: To me this looks a little too similar to Clafghan and I don't think it's worth investing time into, although it does look like a better version of Clafghan so it would be worth trading for.

Mogadishu: This map looks interesting! It does take a lot from the movie and not the veterans themselves though so there is a few iffy bits but overall its a really nicely made map. Although Vortex and Talon are gunna cream themselves at the idea of F*ckin flying at 10m altitude ALL THE TIME just to try and get shot down and recreate 6-1 and 6-4. Both scenarios and Gauntlet style missions would be really neat on this map I reckon but like I said before, it's Bacon's and Christiansen's mission and it's up to them on what they feel comfortable on working on.

Just my thoughts on each map, let's just see what others think.

Atlantis: too small for gauntlet style action

Ukraine map: Too much clutter, the AI won't be able to navigate it properly and the framerate would be very low.

Australia: Shit performances.

Hindu Kush: too hilly, DAC would have the same issues than on clafghan.

Mogadishu: Now we're talking, +1

Lingor would also be a nice pick once it's out of beta.
