Removing class-limitations for flying in I&A.

I am trying to remove flight restrictions for my server, but I can't seem to figure out how to do so. I've tried removing the flightcheck file, editing it to: 

 

_pilots = ["Man"];

_aircraft_nocopilot = ["Man"];

 

but nothing is working.

 

Any ideas? And also, How do I set default values for the parameters so I won't have to re-set them every time the mission is launched?
