Josh
So rather a few of you were saying you had issues with the AhoyWorld Ranger tag after i'd sent you the PM. I now fix i've solved the issue! It seems like the forums is shortening the link when i send it in the message this is causing ArmA3, once copied and pasted into, to think the link is totally wrong. So here is the full link to the XML. Try adding this instead of the shortened version. www.ahoyworld.co.uk/ARMA/squads/AWR.xml Please let me know results! Thanks, Josh! technerd89
Keep in mind that just pasting that in to your profile is not a catch-all method of making it work. Someone will have to edit the XML file to contain your Arma information, or it wont show up.
Sir Dildor
Nope, still doesn't work. I tried putting the squad URL into my browser to see what happens and it just gives an XML parsing error. Not sure if that's normal.
technerd89
Ill download and bug-check the XML, its probably missing another "/" Fixed. Edited November 24, 2013 by technerd89 Sir Dildor
Sir Dildor
Hmm gave it a try. Still no luck. Maybe a problem on my end? The Player ID I gave is correct, there was no change in my player name either.
technerd89
Just checked the current XML file as of the time of this post, you have not been added to it yet Dildor. The file only functions (shows ingame) for players who have had their information added to it.
