The CIA’s efforts to interrogate Major Weimin Sun have been effective. He has spilled all the beans in regards to the whereabouts of Zelemnikov and Heu. They are currently being kept safe within the Chinese Embassy in George town. However, they are about to attempt an escape off the island towards Chinese waters. A mode of transport is waiting for them in the Blue Pearl industrial harbour, currently within the fallout zone.

Zelemnikov and Heu will be brought there simultaneously via separate convoys. We would normally attempt to ambush the convoys but we only have enough soldiers to ambush one of the two and the vehicles are already on their way. Each convoy is also well enough defended we would likely take many casualties in the process.

Our best chance will be to raid the Blue Pearl industrial port and prevent the two men from escaping. Both men will be on location at the same time but will use different modes of transport to escape the Island.

According to the Major a variety of transport options are available to the HVT’s for the sake of redundancy and to throw of any scent. Furthermore, they will not be in a rush to maintain secrecy and cover. Take your time to identify the targets when you reach the port.

 

Once both men are in custody we can make an attempt to have the remaining government capitulate.

 

Wind has been pushing radiation gradually northeast which means the region between the mine and the Blue Pearl industrial port is heavily irradiated. The closer we get to this area the more intense the radiation will be. This means you can get by with minimal protection on the outskirts but will need more the deeper you go.
