The last of the insurgents have holed up in a village spanning a valley South of the city of Al Safyrah. Hitman is tasked with assaulting the dug in insurgents while Spectre is tasked with saving the missing RTO that went MIA last mission, he has been missing for 3 weeks now. We have actionable intel that he is kept somewhere in the valley.

If JaSmAn were around and not have been left behind by his team he would say "please, this time, can you take me home? This is my second time being taken hostage and to be honest, it's painful. I re-enlisted as RTO in the hopes that a job where I got shot at less would take the edge off the PTSD, but obviously not."
