BeamNG - Softbody physics - do i smell a Alpha-test ?

Not only are these guys extending heavily on the unity engine, they are also developing a card game that would be commercially? available at it seems  

 

It's on top of my list, and i start getting impatiant, with all these cool videos being released the last few months !!

Further thoughts: how cool would it be to have this combined with the Outerra engine ?? (well lets keep my wet dreams for myself now)
