On the old Site the were on the top left running parallel to the scrolling banner. the footer of the site isn't the best place to push something <-- BTEC in Marketing Speaking here! :P

No I would put them Back to where they were before the site switched over :)

But the footer is so empty! And we don't want people navigating away from the site straight away. Hmm.

If the navigate away to our Facebook Page or Twitter or even our YouTube Channel They are still with in AW's Sphere.

The Good thing about that original location is that it was good and visible, not too in your face.

Besides which the users focus is on the center of the screen most of the time, there focus from their would be along the top and down to where the nuggets of content are.

Facebook and other social media will allow us to increase the scope of people we are able to reach for that we need to push it out there, social media could potentially exponentially grow our user base.  Also every time we post something on Facebook or twitter, Our followers will return to the site if they are interested in what we put up and well that's only going to increase the number of people accessing the site.

Adding the links with nice looking buttons in the footer may be an idea for now as it's pretty empty and could use some love really. regardless of where it is if the buttons are cool and large enough people will notice them and take a peek.

Plus we still need to intergrate the +Ahoy Coins for liking our pages and subscribing etc.
