We intend to cut the head off of the snake and hoe the rest of the organisation crumbles. Today's target is Musa al-Tunisi a Tunisian native who has lent his expertise to the insurgency. He is to be in one of 4 towns in the North West of the region. Move in and search these places and capture Musa al-Tunisi before he can escape or go to ground. Following the events of our previous mission the government have cut ties with us, however our international backers have re affirmed their support, especially considering people in the government were sheltering Fayez Rahim. We no longer have the freedom of movement in government controlled areas and may be fired upon. ROE is return fire only on government forces. He is indicated to be a high level member of the insurgency. However, our attempts to discuss this matter with our government contacts have been blocked. It appears that Fayez is well connected and being protected. We have obtained approval from our international partners to attempt to apprehend him even without permission from the local government. He lives in a secure compound in the government controlled area and is guarded by some of the countries elite troops and is likely to run if he gets wind of an assault. They have routed large groups of government forces and captured many more. They have managed this with the help of Milan Cesic a ex Serbian commander, who turned to arms dealing after the Bosnian war. He seems to be providing armoured personnel carriers and command vehicles to the insurgency. Government forces have asked us to aid in the recovery of their captured forces, they are not able to any action due to recent losses. Along with we will need to keep an eye out for Milan Cesic and his insurgent lieutenant Abid Hamid Mahmud as both have a price on their capture.   17. Hello @wetBear, I have reviewed your original ban which was in 2016. Based on a review of the ban and the chat logs from the time the original was justified based on the language used alone. Normally a ban appeal after 5 years would be eligible for to be revoked due to "time served". However, given the dismissive nature of your ban appeal I do not feel you understand the reason for your ban or have acknowledged your failure to adhere to our rules and are then likely to recommit those infractions. The captured insurgents have informed us that the hostages are routinely move and provided us with 2 locations that they are expected to be in. While not part of our original plan, there has been a reward offered for the hostages rescue and doing so would hurt the insurgency. Independent to this it has been confirmed that the hostages may be being held by one of our targets Ali Daeem Ali, an ex Baathist party member who is a political figure inside the insurgency. Ali Daeem Ali, will be well defended and there is a possibility of him fleeing if spooked. We have announced our presence in the area so expect security to be on a more heightened setting.
