Right, fixed it using a lot of different programs. The fix was here: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=123185 just in case people were wondering.
The Lsm.exe was a DEEP routed malware that was apparently so good at hiding only one deep cleaner could find it
But, all sorted.
