  1. Thus far, I've not heard any good reason NOT to, at the very least, replace the Repair Specialist with an Engineer in the squad slots. You could, also, leave the EOD team as is. I hear this a lot recently, so I'm going to jump on the band wagon as well: I think we should, at least, give it a try and see what happens.
  2. Currently, as I understand it, only the EOD team can carry explosives, and the only EOD slot really useful is Engineer. I propose replacing the Repair Specialist in each squad with an Engineer slot, and eliminate the EOD team altogether. This way, each squad (there are 5, Alpha through Echo) has the possibility of a slot that can carry explosives and repair vehicles in the field. It seems a more useful arrangement than currently. And, maybe, someday the bug with the Engineer's 'Refuel Vehicle' option will actually be fixed.
  3. "Force people to do more teamwork.." Not really. If people can't play to their style, they'll just leave. I see it happening in other games all the time. If you are going to limit loadouts this way, you may want to reduce, or even eliminate, the GLOBAL cooldown timer for Ghost Hawk resupplies. Otherwise, when people run out of ammo/ FAKs, they'll start CoD'ing (i.e. respawning to refill ammo, etc.). That said, if fatigue is implemented, then I'll improvise and adapt, as I intend to continue playing.
  4. There was a problem with the "Drag" feature, as well, the other night (2nd try out of the file?). It would glitch every time and the only way to fix it would be to kill the person who was trying to drag the "dead" guy. We didn't have an opportunity to try the "Carry" feature in our squad, so I'm not sure if that is glitched. The earplugs were a welcome addition. Perhaps an Arsenal person at the helo hangars (similar to the current VAS person), so that helo pilots don't have to run all the way to the Normal spawn to get earplugs? Maybe add a Medical HEMMT to the helo area for the pilots who are injured to heal at; rather than, again, running back to normal spawn area. I was going to ask why HEMMTs were used in the helo repair point, but I reckon it's because the Huron Containers are part of Helicopter DLC and not everyone would have that. Thanks for the excellent work, alganthe. Look forward to, hopefully, this becoming a permanent fixture. I say, put I&A 3 with Tanoa on EU2; and the alganthe missions file on EU1 with Altis.
