After the stuff happening with the price guys, i changed my playstlye on the server and TS, never got warned whatsoever after that, so what is there to doubt about? as u can see in the video, I didnt do anything wrong in the video. I know my behavior from the past what we can call a LONG time ago wasn't how you're supposed to react. I can't see any wrong behavior in that vid. if you can please expain to me. I am wondering who is the assgined person to help me at the moment and solve this? at this moment I'm feel like talking to a bunch of admins who tell eachother to write something. I am asking 1 Admin, or assigned person to help me. I'ts really uncomfortable to talk to more then 1 person. I understand you guys (maybe) discuss with eachother. but all I'm asking to let 1 guy talk to make things clear. and what I'm supposed to do with giving furhter information.

I'm sorry to tell already that I can't blame the admin who helped me. I can't rember who helped me. I know that this issue of "I can't remember his name" makes it a LOT harder to solve. I'm also wondering. If I could be the other guy named "Appeltaart" how am I able to join the Teamspeak 3 server and the EU3 server again? I am going to call this "weird" but, isn't it a common duty for an admin who takes CARE such a great community. to make a back-up list from atleast the banlist? check people their unique ID on ts? In my opinion you just can't people ban on their names. What if I pretend to be somone? This an admin job to find out what really is going on. It is a high priority to let community member feel safe and can put all their trust in the admins of a server. They chose to take care of a community. so they have their responsibilities. I am willing to help and coöperate with everything you guys say to solve this maybe (common issue) out. I understand this is really hard for you guys to solve out. It's not really about the ban anymore but I'm trying to tell that you guys have to organise a bit more. I'm not saying that you guys are doing a "bad" job. don't get me wrong. I'm trying to help so something like this doesn't overcome another community member issues like this. I've seen you guys growing by the day and that is amazing to see! what i kind of don't understand is that some of you don't rember my voice because i played a lot with you guys in the past... I know the trouble of running a community. runned one myself in the past. And I fully understand that you guys put hard work in here. and all of you are doing a great job at it! but the community is growing. you have to keep things more organise if you want to grow even bigger. take all of this as an advice. nothing more. I fully understand that this doesn't get me anywhere further in the case. but I'm trying to help and make my point. you guys are in charge and making the calls. It would be lovely to solve this out but without any evidence it won't get my further. I am trying my best on this topic. I want the best for this community. Like I said. I can't help any furhter with names, dates etc. My apolagize for this.

This situation happend before. About half a year ago I got banned for someone with the same username. I contacted an admin and he solved the problem out for me. I asked if I was still able to use the same username and he told me yes you can. So I continued with the same username and there haven't been a problem until now. If this really is the case I'm suprised that noone of the admins noticed this before.

When were you banned?*: 01-09-2015 19:20+- [GMT + 2:00] First of all. I want to talk about what EU3 has become. I really enjoy playing it for the past 1.5 years. The dev's on EU 3 do an excellent job in finding the right modpacks and make it more realistic by the week. But in those years people come by and go. The swearing and toxicness of people increase by the day aswell, what makes it unable to play for me as a team on this server. I think some ex- people of the community can tell the same. I know it is rough for the admins to deal and decide what to do in those kind of situations. But how i got threated? no. you can't do that to someone. You are part of a community where you have to take care for and make it for everyone a place where the can socialize and have fun. So randomly banning people WITHOUT having any evidence is out of my book. I have the best for this community but i'm giving up the war against this right now. Here's what happend: There happend a LOT of toxicness before this recording. I'm using Shadowplay and only record my last 15 minutes. The swearing was intense before the recording. I joined the game while the toxicness was going as likely always. The Admin; In my opinion he has the duty to EXPLAIN to me why I got banned. But instead of that he bans me from TS aswell. After that my friend who was with me (Tim) asked him why? Instead of explaining he threatens my friend by saying this: <199:38> "ReAKT": Hey, the ''Appeltaart'' Guy u just banned, wasnt talking in game, it was the guy sitting next to me that was trolling in his chair <19:10:15> "Cain 'Trigger'": So are you saying I should ban you instead? This can be considdert as NON-evidence due the lack of a screenshot. I understand. I don't know if he was defending the guy who was acting like a scumbag. I can't tell. I hope I've explained this situation good enough with my poor English performance. Like I said, I have the best for this community. I am asking to take this advice/(case) giving to higher up support.
