One would think that with such vast intellect and resources (which have never been revealed. Possibly his vast oil resources could be a profitable line of enquiry though…), taking over the world would be child's play. But there is always one flaw in Eggman's plans. As you would have thought, it wasn't some minor miscalculation in the programming and structure of his innovations. (Although there have been few cases where his robots did something that they weren't designed to do.) (i may have been a little bored)
