    Well even with the UID I am unable to find any record of the ban in our logs so with that in mind I have no problem in removing it and giving you the benefit of the doubt.

    Due to your version of the event not matching up to the banning admins, even after being told to be honest, I have made the decision that the ban will remain.
     
    I find it hard to believe that the admin would remember the events (given the fact it is one ban in a large number he deals with) and the person who committed the act does not.

    Welcome to AhoyWorld first off!
     
    The easiest way by far to download all the needed mods, and to stay up to date when they change, is by using something called "Arma 3 Sync".     If you're getting a message regarding STI Launchers and you downloaded using the Arma 3 sync repo, first thing I would suggest is remove the current STI Launchers folder in your Arma 3 directory, download the mod individually from here... http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=26249 ... and try loading up and joining again.

    VTS Weapon Resting comes with a config which tells the game which keybindings you're using, this needs to be placed inside the "userconfig" folder of your ARMA 3 directory. 
     
    The path for the config file should look something like this: J:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\userconfig\vts_weaponresting
     
    This is assuming of course you haven't already done that. If you have already got the config in the right place then I don't know I'm afraid
