Its not a must to be on TS to fly, but its recomended.

My suggestion is to change the sidemission rewards to the following. GMG hunter - higher chance HMG hunter - higher chance blackfoot - low cahnce marshall - mid chance mohawk - low chance and mybe the kajman - its opfor so mybe not , and same chance as blackfoot
