After review all the info that I got, both from you and our staff. I`ve decided to keep the ban.
The behaviour you showed and some of your friends on Teamspeak is not tolerable and will is not what AW is about. You guys decided to troll, so you got banned. A conscious decission that got punished and that punishmen will stay.

After review everything, both what you said and what we have in our logs. I`ve come to this conclusion:
You weren`t banned 5-6 months ago, it was more like 18 months ago (a year and a half) - exact date 12/3/2014 (December 3rd 2014). I doubt the reason you wish to play here again are honest and true. I conclude from you waiting the upper amount of time to make an appeal. Plus, your explanation is very vague. It wasn`t a one-time-only incident. You were kicked once for trolling as a pilot. Then decide to come back and go on a teamkilling spree. Other players have also told us that you`ve done that before.
Your behaviour back then has not been and will never be tolerated on our servers. The AhoyWorld train has already drove off for you.

I`ll give you another chance and will lift the ban. In future, don`t test or blast any music on TS, if that happens again it`s gonna be a permanent ban from both TS and game servers.

It seems out the story you said doesn`t match the one in our logs and in admins recollection. You haven`t only killed those two guys, you were shooting people down in base and crash landing in the spawn area on purpose, which is classed as base rape.

After speaking with the banning admin, your story checks out. I am willing to give you another chance, although blaming your cousin/brother/cat/dog/fish/hamster/owl/horse is never a legit excuse. The story you told, matches ours and it was a one time incident.
It is you and only you responsible to what happens on your PC, please be more vigilant when granting access to another person.

After speaking to a couple of admins and our EU3 manager, I`ve concluded this:
You have been given warnings before about your behaviour on the servers You`ve been temp banned once before for constant complaining on a mission test Your behaviour on EU3 is slowly getting out of hand, yesterday we got multiple reports of you teamkilling people and just behaving improperly in general
Your ban will remain due to only being a 1 week temp ban, but any other incidents will get you permanently removed from the servers. Take this time to reflect on how you behave on the servers.

Nothing is an excuse to use foul language, instead of using the energy to swear, direct it towards reporting the player to the admin or, if none are available, record or screenshot the perps behaviour and file a player report on the website.

You`ve been banned on a basis of a player report backed up by video, for the exact incident you are describing and being honest about.
Due the upper statement, I/we are giving you another chance, but please, read the rules and stick to them. If you are looking for a heli pilot to pick you up, notify him via chat and pop smoke to exactly point out where you are. Never shot at the heli because you`ll either teamkill someone or the pilot is just gonna fly away and frustrate you even more.

So, lets begin then.
I can see why you don`t know which name have you used, at least we know of 3.
BAN NUMBER 1
You`ve been banned by me on 26/10/2015 for trying to start a teamkilling spree with your friend. You decide to take autonomous MGs (OPFOR ones) and regular ones just to the outside of the base, set them up pointing towards our spawn area, probably trying to wipe out everything in the base.
You and your friend both recieved a temp ban. Name you used was "us army retired ptsd vet". Shortly after you decided to try again with a different name "i see that".
BAN NUMBER 2
You were banned by another admin on 20/11/2015 (9 days after previous one ran out) for doing the same stuff as above (teamkilling and ramming vehicles in base), this time it was a permanent one. Of course your friend helped you at it, again.
Name you used was "fallout4killsonnukebosto".
When the admin approached you, you said the servers are shit and began to insult him.
So, this ban appeal is full of BS, you are full of BS and goodbye, have fun being a dick somewhere else!

Ping doesn`t affect the BEC script checking your state, but if someone is using your broadband, that does affect your loading times, but it shouldn`t cause you getting kicked for being in Lobby to long, especially with us restarting servers daily (if we can) so no connection issues occur towards the server.
I`ll leave the ban due to only being for 7 days and we need to stomp on lobby idling hard, nothing personal.

The initial ban was done for what you are saying and admitting to, harrasing a certain individual. It`s not according to our social standards and will be always punished. It was a 24 hour ban, but due your history, it`s been changed to a permanent one (see below).
I`ve also been shown a stream where you are promoting to call that individual a certain word. That was recorded a couple days before the person was banned for trying to shoot you in base. It shows that you are trying to provoke him and getting him kicked/banned. That is crossing a line where you should never go and I believe you`ve gone beyond the point of return. You`ve admitted in the video that you`ve done that before and it worked. It`s called bullying and is not and will not be tolerated on our servers. You`ve recieved warnings about other stuff before, you`ve even been banned for a week for teamkilling on EU3, you clearly don`t wish to abide to a couple of rules.

After having a chat with you yesterday on TS I`ve gotten a good idea what was happening. Although your action might have been provoked, it shouldn`t have happened, you know that and should have approached a moderator or an admin to deal with the situation. Never take matters in your own hands in the future by shooting and trying to teamkill someone.
Because you hadn`t had any previous incidents (beside the "one" we all know of, which has been cleared with both parties), we (the Staff) feel you are a good laugh and asset on our servers so I am giving you another chance. As I mentioned earlier, if anything like this repeats, the punishment will be of a longer duration.

After speaking to the banning admin, he told me a different story to yours. You`ve seemed to be invunrable and invisible at a Zeus mission, he tried to kill you with lightning bolt or with an AI soldier, yet you didn`t die.
There is also 1 more thing concerning, you`be been banned in mid June 2015, yet 9-10 months later you decide to make a ban appeal. If you`ve been eager to play on our servers earlier, you would have filled a bit sooner.
Unless you have any other proof of your inocence, I am sadly gonna have to deny this.

After reviewing a lot of the stuff regarding you and your previous bans. I`ve decided to keep this perma ban due to all the history you have.
You know why that TS avatar wasn`t appropriate, no need to say you don`t see the reason for the ban.
BUT, I will give you 1 more chance, you are given an option to appeal in August 2016. Use this time to sort out your life (it`s what you`ve said in a couple of older forum posts), re-evaluate your behaviour here. We`ll also be expecting a public apology to the community, because you have disturbed some members and they deserve one.

At first, the avatar you chose was a conscious decission, with that you already blew the last chance you got.
Secondly, the in-game name your are appealing with is not the correct one, its the one you use as forum nickname.
For the end, the reason you are stating to be the banned for is not correct as well. Since making two appeal, both having the same reason, I guess you have no idea what you were banned for.
